We give equal importance to both small and big projects, and the same high ethical values that define us as an organization is adhered to when working on both. Till date, projects undertaken by our company include commercial and residential constructions and retrofitting, including renovations and restorations, high-rises, hospitals, industries, hotels, housing projects, and design-and-build contracts. We have successfully completed more than 200 residential projects.
We employ more than 50 staff members and approximately 300 plus workers, and as a responsible company, we value them highly and provide regular and timely training, besides giving the highest priority to following all standard safety protocols. We believe that this will encourage all our employees to be more efficient and productive, which in turn will result in the best outcomes for our clients. Sang Dorje owes much of its success to the hard work and dedication of its highly motivated and capable employees, both workers and managers.
Finally, we may not be a large company, but we are confident that we can be the best one, and we are determined to be a leader in the very challenging construction sector of the country through commitment to excellence in construction and design, integrity in dealings with clients and suppliers, and dependability in keeping our promises, including completion of works within planned budgets and deadlines.
I have been doing construction projects in various sectors since the last three decades, and the lessons I have learnt are—to be honest towards clients while fulfilling responsibilities; to maintain fair accountability towards suppliers and vendors; and to provide timely training to employees and give them high respect. This, I believe, is the key to success of my company Sang Dorje.
My goal is to make our company capable of accepting still more challenging projects in the future by motivating young and energetic employees through my experience, and investing in them. In my long years in this sector, I have always believed that hard work, dedication, and commitment are required to be successful.

The reason for my interest in getting Sang Dorje more involved in building construction is to make it into a well-organized and technology-friendly company that is competent and able to produce good quality output in the vast world of building construction. This very demanding sector not only requires excellent technical skills, experience, efficiency, and productivity, but also highly effective communication skills and a great deal of commitment to finish work within given deadlines and budgets.
I believe in teamwork. That is why I try to set-up the most perfect teams possible, so that clients can be assured of the best results. It is also very necessary to move ahead with the times; that is why, in this modern age, we must adapt technology while setting up teams of skilled manpower.
